What is the difference between bulk removal and a trash out?

• If bulk is prepared outside for removal we will only charge a bulk item pickup. If we are requested to go into a unit to remove the items/trash we will charge for a trash out. From there you can elect to use your disposal onsite or use our bulk removal services. You pick what best for you as we believe there is no reason to ever pay for services you do not need!
